PLOT
Piyoko and the Black Gema Gema Gang are settled down in the city of Akihabara, waiting for the chance to kidnap Dejiko. But they keep getting distracted by things like drawing contests and a tent that leads to the fifth-dimension - until they actually capture Dejiko!? Can they get enough ransom money to rebuild their home planet?
